Our kitchen is led by PEDRO RON, a Venezuelan executive chef trained at the ICC (Culinary Institute of Caracas). He has many years of experience heading kitchens in many leading restaurants in Venezuela as well as his own restaurant, Express Gourmet.
His philosophy “HOMEMADE FOOD” is present in all his dishes. Prepared by him and his experienced team, Pedro’s passion for creating authentic flavors for every season will have you falling in love with your palate.
